RETAIL CUSTOMERS

Delivery Information

Once ordered, we’ll start processing your order within 24 hours. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification confirming shipment and you should receive your delivery within 2-4 business days. 

Shipping Costs 
Shipping is free, however any returned items will be at the cost of the customer.

Billing & Shipping Information
Please confirm your shipping address, including particulars such as the apartment or suite number, if applicable. Providing incorrect information can result in an undeliverable package which will be returned to us and delay your delivery. If an undeliverable package is returned to us, we will contact you before reshipping.

Refund Policy
Please contact us the day you receive your delivery so we can address any issues you may have. We will review refund requests on a case by case basis. Shipping charges will be paid entirely by the customer. If there is a problem with the order and is deemed our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost. The maximum amount of days to receive a refund on your merchandise will be one week from delivery date. 

International Customers: Please note that we cannot guaranty delivery to all countries. Some countries have specific rules and regulations where we cannot ship Nicotine ejuice to. Please contact us ahead of time and we can clarify if we can ship to you. Thank you!
